This email is a follow-up regarding a damage claim filed on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at your Orem, UT location (367 N State St) concerning a broken passenger side mirror.
The incident occurred around 9:18 AM during the wash cycle. As the first set of vertical arms contacted my vehicle, my passenger mirror was broken off. I observed the corresponding wash arm appeared loose and not spinning correctly after the incident.
I immediately spoke with the manager (Jared?) and filed a damage claim form. I was told someone would contact me within 48 hours.
As of Friday, May 9, 2025, I have received no contact. I have attempted to follow up multiple times via phone (experiencing difficulty reaching support) and by visiting the location, without success or information.
I contacted Fleet Response today and they have no record of my claim form.
My claim form was filed on-site, yet there is no record of it, and I have been unable to receive any assistance through your standard channels.
I request confirmation that you have received this follow-up and that my claim will be investigated and processed without further delay. Please provide clear next steps and a timeline for resolution.
